I know this is probably really simple, but I am completely befuddled, I have tried every button (I think), and cannot select/assign any other perk. I don't know if there was another option when I selected VANS - I'm not sure how I selected it. I am not home, but i think I have 8stars at the top column, but every perk is not selectable - I'm playing on XBox One, and the only options are LB prev perk, RB next perk, or exit. I wanted to get the ? Local Leader perk to start supply routes, but I don't know how. I have lots of Perks showing (not silhouetted, or grayed out). At the moment I have no idea what that does, apart from a green line in VATS, but I'll suss that out. (I thought that once the top row filled with stars, the next ones would go into row 2) Only last week did I realise that you do not need to fill the "Top Row" before actually assigning perks. I have pretty much equally spread all my level ups across SPECIAL. I have been playing since Christmas, now on Level 21. If you don't know Shadow he is the definition of attack dog, one of three things typically happens when someone goes up aginst him, he either rips out your throat, snaps your neck or makes it impossible for you to have children or pee standing up.or when he gets really excited he will try to search for buried treasure in your chest.Īlso something I would like to see is adamantium skeleton, I always like using it for my Cyborg charecters and even though the evtra levels are probably just multipliers I hope they also add something extra.Sorry if this has been answered, but I couldn't find it here or anywhere else.

I really hope Dogmeat is something like Shadow from Dead to Rights after you upgrade attack dog. Rank 3: Dogmeat can now carry out a number of lethal takedowns on targeted enemies. Rank 2: Dogmeat can now disarm or incapacitate multiple enemies, making it easier to deal with large groups. Rank 1: Your faithful canine companion can hold an enemy, giving you a greater chance to hit them in V.A.T.S. On Vault 111 they speculate that the second rank may let Dogmeat disarm and knockdown enimies and the third lets it make takedown kills, this was what they had listed. it sounds like it would still help alot while not using V.A.T.S. Yeah it does even though am not big on using V.A.T.S. The entire Marcus family is recruitable by the Player to any settlements.

I am also interested in Awarness, I have heard it will highlight the stats of an enemy in V.A.T.S., thats pretty interesting and I mostly like it because it will make it easier for people like the Project Nevada group to mod that ability straight to a advanced helmet/armor like power armor, or as a cybernetic implant similar to PN.Įven the first rank sounds pretty powerful I am interested in what all the levels of the attack dog perk will be and I want to max that out soon since I plan on using Dogmeat quite a bit. is, if a little hologram of vault boy riding a red van pops up and starts making its way to the objective I am wasting a perk point lol.
